I Have called Wilmington, NC "home" for 15 years. After growing up and attending college in Virginia, I ventured north and lived outside of New York City for 7 years. When a job-transfer brought my wife and I to Wilmington, we never looked back. Wilmington is where we decided to start our family, which has grown to 3 amazing children and a spoiled dog. My transition into real estate started nearly 7 years ago when a amazing opportunity presented itself. It was the best professional decision I have ever made. I Have been able to leverage my experience and relationships, developed in the corporate world, into a thriving real estate career. The process of purchasing a home has evolved in recent years. Buyers and Sellers have so many resources to work with when preparing to purchase or sell their homes. Often, the role of a "Real Estate Broker" needs to be shifted from Sales Person responsibilities to that of a Consultant. I have welcomed this shift in the industry because my value in real estate remains the same: to create smooth and expedited experiences for my clients.
