Diana and Jason were great!!! The seller was a bit difficult to work with, but they handled it with grace and ease. They've kept in touch after buying lot/land and were an invaluable resource when building our home. Once our house was built, they helped us get our old house ready to sell with some great recommendations of what we needed to improve and what was fine. Once we were ready to list, Kendall Wahlert did a fantastic job getting our house sold, QUICK! HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I had my house listed with Jason and Diana Will (JWRE) through one of their inspectors. I do not believe he was a licensed realtor or had much experience. There were a total of 5 or 6 showings through out the time the house was listed so there wasn't much activity. During the entire period of time my house was listed not a single time i received a call from Jason or Diana to inquire how things were going or if there was anything else they could do to assist the sale of the house. The time it took to list the house was nearly 2 weeks, anytime there was a change in price it was another couple of days if not a week before it took place and lastly on one scheduled showing the keys were not in the lock. It is my opinion that there was more talk service than actual actions

The Jason Will Real Estate team is phenomenal. Hands down the best team I have ever worked with. I would not hesitate for a minute to refer anyone to them for assistance in selling or buying a house! I have never had such a GREAT experience with buying a house! Every detail was handled quickly and professionally. I never worried for a minute whether something would be handled. They were prompt, courteous and friendly throughout the whole process. I am so pleased and LOVE the house I found. I will consider Kendall a friend for LIFE!!!!
