While I didn't work with Jay to purchase my first home, I've contacted Jay on many occasions to do a walk-through the newly built homes. He is very professional, treat people with respect and extremely patient. I've seen Jay working with many clients to find them the right home. He is also negotiable with the builder so that the client is happy with their purchase. Jay is also very knowledgeable in landscape business and I've managed to get a lot of excellent ideas regarding some of the projects I needed to do around my house. I just wanted to start out by saying that Jay is wonderful. Me and my husband have very difficult schedule and hardly get to see each other, so when we wanted to go see a house usually had to be that day and Jay always made it happen. we found a house in Elbe that we fell in love with and Jay and Brandon did everything to make sure the deal closed. we had some bumps in the road along the way example bieng the roof on the work shop had to be replaced and Jay was out there everyday that it was bieng worked to help to make sure that it got done even in between showing houses to his other clients. mind you this wasn't a short drive. So once again i like to Thank Jay and Brandon for making sure we got the house of our dreams that we will build a great future in with our family . I will recommend them to anyone i know that is buying or saling a house.

The best home buying experience ever! Seriously! I have purchased and sold several homes in the past and I have never experienced this level of service. Jay took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for and went the extra mile (literally) to find it. The perfect home in the perfect neighborhood showed up while I was away on business...just a minor glitch, but Jay helped me make this happen by the end of the day! Not an easy task given today's market. Jay and Brandon then walked me through the escrow process swiftly and it was closed in less than a month! I'm very grateful! Honesty, integrity and a positive attitude...what a great team! I recommend them highly!
