Fourth Generation Floridian with the last three generations involved with owning, buying and selling real estate. Born in the County seat of Polk County, Bartow, in 1963. Lived in Florida all but 3 years, which was spent living in Queensland, Australia in the late 1960's and six months living in Kauai. Moved from Polk County to New Smyrna Beach after building a beach house and grew tired of the two hour drive every weekend. That was some 20 years ago and still appreciate New Smyrna Beach every day and the ability to raised two young boys in such a wonderful Coastal Community.
