[ link omitted ]. To date, that has been one of the best decisions of my life. I had heard horror stories about the home buying process but our experience with Jayme was smooth sailing. Her professionalism, guidance, and responsiveness always made us feel confident that we would attain our dream of owning our own home. The process was worth it and I cant say enough how blessed we were to have found someone as gifted as her!

I would like to express my satisfaction with Ms. Jayme Gooding as my real estate agent. She had the opportunity of selling my two houses in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Throughout both transactions I found her to be very professional, conscientious, personable and motivated. I always felt as if I were the only client, because she was always very prompt and attentive to all my requests.The first house she got a buyer in two weeks, and everything went very well. The second house we ran into some problems. The bank refused the buyers offer, and turned the house over for auction. Ms. Gooding immediately got in touch with the right Organization for help, and with her knowledge and expertise, she was able to stop the auction and the buyers offer was reinstated. I have appreciated her calm reassurance and expert advise throughout the entire process. She was the outstanding professional that I was looking for, and having Ms. Gooding work with me made a nerve-wracking negotiation a wonderful success. The property was sold shortly after.Ms. Gooding went above and beyond her call of duty, and she is a very hard worker. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a very effective and experience real estate agent. She is exceptional and an asset to her company.

You may not remember me, but you called me some time ago because I had visited your site several times and I told you that two weeks ago I was looking for my husband and I but now I am looking for myself and you spoke into my spirit about not acting out of emotion and flesh but to be prayerful about my decision. Im not one to write or call about service, be it great or very poor service, but I feel I have to make an exception with Jayme. Jayme listed our house in late October and although we are senior citizens (old gezzers), weve never sold a house before using a Realtor, so this was new territory for us. Boy did we select the best Realtor possible! Obviously we had many questions, and Jayme answered each of our questions in a clear, understandable and timely fashion. She held our hands throughout the listing, showing and closing process. Obviously, Jayme has the patience of Job, because Im sure many of our questions and concerns were elementary for any average person. And the first time we met Jayme we felt a very positive relationship with her, and even though weve closed on our home already, we still feel that we have a special relationship with Jayme because she is a very special person. Although I had concerns about the timing of putting our house on the market, she assured me we would close before the end of the year. And sure enough, we had a very good offer the first week of the listing and an even better offer the next week! In short, we ended up getting more than our list price for our home! Again, Jayme is one very special Realtor and person! If all of your agents are anything like Jayme, clearly Keller-Williams is dominating the Atlanta real estate market.
