Heather and her partner and husband, JC, are incredible real estate professionals. I had the amazing luck to work with them on the purchase of my first home, a loft property in Oakland back in 2016. Since then, they have helped me find and buy my current home in El Cerrito, and we just sold the loft. Selling a property during the Covid-19 pandemic has not been easy, yet Heather and JC worked tirelessly to make sure that we were successful. They knew how to make my loft look its best, had a talented team of painters, cleaners, handypeople and stagers to make it look stunning. They went above and beyond by digitally scanning the loft to make it available as a 3D, immersive tour, and they kept me up to date as California worked through new requirements for home tours and sales. I knew that I could always trust Heather and JC to make the best decisions for the sale of the loft. Their hard work resulted in the loft selling above asking price, even during this extremely challenging time. Heather & JC were fabulous to work with. They helped me sell 2 investment properties in Oakland. They gave me suggestions but were never pushy about anything. Ultimately, I went with everything they suggested (albeit with some doubts a few times) and ended up getting much more than any of us were expecting. I'm so glad I trusted them instead of thinking I knew better. I didn't live in the immediate area of the properties and being present would have been cumbersome for me. Luckily, Heather & JC handled every single aspect so that I could do everything remotely. They even stopped by the property while it was pending to make sure the garden was watered! I've worked with a number of agents in the past so I have plenty to compare to. And I honestly cannot think of a single thing Heather & JC could have done better. They were absolutely amazing! They helped us sell a 2BR 2Bath in Alameda (the same house they helped us buy). They did such an amazing job that the house fetched 20% more than expected. They helped us through every step of the process and when we had some problems with property they spent heaps of time helping us prepare everything so that we were able to sell our home quickly. They are amazing and you will be super happy working with them.

This is our THIRD home purchase with JC and Heather. Let that sink in a little bit... YES, not many homebuyers and agents can proudly say that and be absolutely 110% satisfied with the each of the experiences on both sides. I first met my agents through Redfin referral agent program. They were knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy to say the least. Unlike some agents, they were not pushy and always put their client's needs above theirs. They were also great people in general: personably, sweet, and very easygoing. During my journey, JC and Heather were always there for me every step of the way, even for the transactions that didn't quite work out as I had hoped back then. I started looking to purchase a condo in May 2011 and was primarily interested in downtown San Francisco. It took me more than a year and several attempts to finally find the one I like. I already had a pretty good idea on what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. I ended up purchasing a 1 bedroom condo in SOMA. In Dec 2012, Joyce (my girlfriend back then now fiancée) bought her first property in SF as well and she used them as her agents as well. Same flawless experience from beginning to end. just like mine. Fast forward to 2021. When Joyce and I decided to look for another property to buy together in downtown SF in July 2021, we didn't have to look any further since we knew exactly who to contact. We already knew the exact property and ready to make an offer so we reach out to them immediately. The next day, we connected and they drew up the purchase contract right away; and by the end of the day, they sent the contract to the listing agent. Fortunately for us, the offer was accepted the next day. 9 years later since we last worked together, same flawless experience from beginning to end, just like the other two purchases. This one was especially important for us because time was of an essence as we had to navigate through a much shorter escrow process along with contingency waivers in a super competitive buyer's market with bidding wars left and right. Once again, they were totally engaged from day 1 and was ALWAYS available - via text, email, a phone call. We were not the typical first time homebuyers. We were very resourceful and always did our due diligence: checked every bits of information provided and ensured we understood everything clearly and completely. We did our homework, understood what we wanted to buy, how much we were willing to pay, and how to get our own financing needs. Our goal was simple: we needed an agent who can help us broker the deal, draw up the purchase contract, and most importantly, ensure our interests and rights were protected during the entire home purchasing and escrow process. This made our reciprocal relationship straightforward, simple, and efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better partnership than the one we have. Heather & JC were wonderful agents. They were incredibly responsive, patient and willing to go the extra mile for us. Their style is a little more laid back in that they want you to feel VERY comfortable with what you're getting into... it wasn't what I was expecting when we started the process (probably from watching too much HGTV :) ) but I'm so grateful they coached us in that respect. We found the right house at the right price point in Oakland and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them.

Me and my fiance were very nervous about traversing the housing market in the Bay Area. Honestly, we pretty much had no idea what we were walking in to as neither of us are from the Bay. Luckily, a very good friend of mine who bought a house recommended JC and Heather to us and, seriously, we couldn't have asked for better real estate agents. We started working with them last towards the end of 2020 and just got the keys to our first home! From the very beginning they were both honest AND encouraging about what to expect in the Bay Area. Additionally, they pulled out ALL of the stops in touring homes, talking us through what we should be looking for, and what to look out for! When we started making offers, they were incredibly available at all times, supporting us through the process, and were telling us everything we needed to know at the exact times we needed to know it. During this last offer on the house we've closed on, I couldn't believe how amazing they were in being quick to the draw. These two are good people, and incredible at what they do. Our home buying experience was bananas, and Heather and JC were the calm in the storm. A friend sent us a link to our perfect house two weeks before our wedding, and recommended JC and Heather. We booked a tour through the listing agent and fell in love with the house, but the offer was due by noon the next day. JC and Heather, whom we had never met, made everything go. We were able to put a bid on the house from our car as we were driving to the wedding walk-through. When our offer was accepted, Heather made it possible to do all but one signature electronically, and she and JC did their best to shield us from the usual ups and downs of home buying while we enjoyed our wedding. Having the husband and wife team made everything seamless, when one had an appointment, the other knew right where we'd left off. They're top-notch at communication, efficiency, and so pleasant.
