jean chalifour did every thing possible to avoid showing me a bad air conditioner on the roof of a condo property by using his inspector to come at night and never showing up during the daytime to finish the inspection. jean chalifour knew if i saw the ac i would cancel the property. he also did not respond to my calls.i never got disclosure documents. as a buyer i agreed in writing on his coldwell banker paperwork to pay him 3000 on this transaction. i got cheated by jean chalifour t

When i started with jean chalifour he used to charge me for gas when he showed me properties.He would charge me $40 per day for gas. iwould notice if there was somthing wrong with a property such as it had no back yard jean chalifour would say nothing about that issue. jean chalifour opened up a dishwasher .he said nothing and closed the dishwasher quickly and i opened the dishwasher to see it was rusted out. jean took a look at an air conditioner that was rusted out and said nothing.jean can work for you or against you. as a buy he charged me a $3000 commission and he is supposed to charge only the seller. jean represented both buyer and seller but never had that document signed for dual representation.by the way this review would not take a one star rating.
