I began my career in Real Estate in 2008 as many agents were fleeing due to the burst of the housing bubble. The market conditions at the time allowed me the opportunity to learn and master Short Sales. This experience of working within tough economic housing conditions while dealing with distressed home owners to negotiate settlement of mortgage liens with lenders who at the time were also ill prepared gave me a wealth of knowledge moving forward within my career in Real Estate accelerating my knowledge base in both the selling and purchasing. Clients often refer to me as, "A high energy tenacious go getter." I believe strongly in custom service and adhere to a very simple philosophy; This is not about me, this is about you the client. I have a comfortable knowledge of construction and know enough to walk into a home with buyers to pick apart a home or at the very least point out areas of concerns. I am more comfortable talking a buyer out of a sale then rushing you into one.
