Jeanne Wolfe the landlord on an apt I leased on Davis Islands. I found her to be callous and unethical; she used dirty and spiteful tactics against us. After close to 2 years, and Seemingly unprovoked,she filed double lawsuits against me for eviction. A judge signd off a writ of occupation evicting me for a false charge of non payment of rent. As Jeanne Wolfe held a 3 month old check fbo myself for about $7,500. Funds from Hillsborough county R3 program She withheld that information from the court (the charge was false) She was actually was paid well in advance, the judge ordered her to cash the check and deposit it into an account with the Hillsborough county civil court. The Judge angerly scorned her for using false charges To evict A, So Dude- Jeanne is an attorney herself she knew better! What does this say about her character? She should have been embarrassed and ashamed. I filed a motion to stay she was forced to admit in court she had been holding the colossal check for about months, money which would have paid my lease to it's end in April. She won the court case for the second lawsuit she filed. Court will always rule for the landlord when they want the unit back I'm told.. Clearly she used machiavellianism like principals as a way to her means. Jeanne Wolfe Viciously plotted and calculated using multiple charges to get what she wanted without care or concern for my well-being and without warning or discussion. She filled multiple lawsuis 1 for non payment & second for unwelcome guests I called for a meeting with Jeanne to discuss the facts and find a solution but she refused to discuss anything only texting me that she was busy 24/7 didn't have time for me. So I called her husband. Tom he said that she wanted to re-lease my apartment for more money. since the last unit like mine had fetched $500 more. He Said he had become I'll and wasn't able to work.
