Kelly is an ideal agent! My wife and I spent over a year searching for the right house for us. During that time, Kelly demonstrated a degree of dedication that struck me as rare. To begin, she was always available. Anytime there was a property we wanted to visit, Kelly would make extra efforts to make it happen... day or night. Equally as important, she was very attentive to the types of features we were looking for in a home. With every property she suggested, it seemed that we were getting closer and closer to the right one. I attribute this to Kelly taking the time to understand and listen to our lists of pros and cons at each location and constantly honing in on those locations that most closely "checked all the boxes" so to speak. Above all, Kelly is notably patient! We have worked with other agents who essentially disappeared after a month or so when we would not rush out and just pick a house. Understanding how major a home purchase is, Kelly never left our side. She continued to follow up periodically even when my wife and I practically felt like giving up ourselves. As a first-time home buyer, I was definitely feeling out of my element and overwhelmed by the entire process of buying a home. Thank goodness I had Kelly as my realtor. She is not only extremely knowledgeable in the field, but also took the time to make sure I understood each step of the way. She made herself easily available via text, phone, or in person, and responded quickly. Kelly gets things done. For example, there was a new home that came onto the market midday, and she called me about it - said she could be there in an hour to show it to me. While we were there, we saw another unit for sale, so she got access to view that one as well. Ultimately, we found my home early in the month, and were closing the deal before the 30th. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking into buying a home. She is trustworthy, efficient, and very knowledgeable.
