The state bought our home and Jeff gave us valuable advice on staging for our appraisal. We really didn't know what we wanted because we wanted the home we had - but I knew the general area to which I wanted to move - and he worked hard to help us narrow down our search and then to keep the purchase deal alive as the state delayed our closing MULTIPLE times. He also made us aware of the resale issues with each of the homes we considered. I would highly recommend Jeff!
