With over 20 years as a real estate professional, I have spent most of my life in the area. I was actually the first person to put a deposit on property in River Hills when they first opened their doors for business in 1989! My family and I live in River Hills and have for over 22 years. I actually worked for the developer, Arvida, heading up the resale division and then bought River Hills Realty and the Welcome Center from them in 1999. Specializing in River Hills, no other real estate company or Realtor has sold as many homes in River Hills as I have!
