- Jeff listed, but didn't sell, my home
Jeff was super responsive prior to us signing contract to list our home. After that we hardly heard from him except via text when there was a request to see the home. His partner, Daphne Massey, did all of the work to sell our home including the negotiating and communicating to the buyers agent. Jeff also wanted to back out on the agreed terms for commission & closing costs by denying that he agreed, good thing we had it in writing! I would NEVER recommend Jeff Jones to anyone even if he worked for zero commision.
