- Jeff and I connected, but did no business
He came as a buyer's agent, after the buyer found our home on his own. There was a misunderstanding about his realtor fee and then he ignored us for 3 weeks as my brother got the house ready to sell and never sent an official release from contract, just an addendum that via email he claimed was a change of price because of inspections. Not professional at all. He put my brother and his fiance in a really hard spot as they look for a new house. I certainly would not trust him if he comes as a buyer's agent.
