We really lucked out getting matched with Jeff. Kind, understanding and just plain fun to work with, Jeff was enthusiastic and very on top of it through two months of weekly and sometimes bi-weekly, multi-property showings. *worth noting that we were doing all of this through Thanksgiving and Christmas 2021. Still gave us 110%.He offered us great advice, was very engaged and attentive and helped us keep a positive attitude through many beaten offers. We kept his first bit of encouragement: You will find the house that is meant for you and you'll be glad you didn't get the others, in our minds throughout the process, and I'm happy to report that we found an absolutely perfect place for us!If you have the opportunity to work with Jeff, I highly recommend it. Regardless of budget or experience with home buying, Jeff will treat you like royalty and make everything clear and easy to understand. Five very enthusiast stars all around.

I would highly recommend Jeff as a Real Estate Professional. My boyfriend, Zak, and I were lucky to be paired with Jeff when looking for a home to purchase using Zillow. From the beginning, Jeff was very helpful and responsive. We began our home search during a very competitive time when most homes were being sold over asking price, with rent-back clauses, waiving inspection fees, etc (craziness!). Jeff helped us brainstorm ways that we could be competitive in today's market, even though we didn't have as much cash to bring to the table as some of our competitors. Jeff went out of his way to show us a property that we found in the middle of the week (despite hosting family from out of town and making airport runs on the same day as our showing), and he stayed up until 11pm with us on a Thursday night to help us write an offer. I was uniquely impressed by Jeff's attention to detail: He explained every segment of the offer letter to Zak and I so that we understood what we were agreeing to in our offer letter (This is not the experience I have had in my previous home purchase). We won the first offer that we put in on a home and I attribute a lot of our luck to the help we received from Jeff. Thanks a lot! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Northern CO area.

Jeff is a fantastic realtor! We would choose him as our realtor again in a heartbeat. He is very knowledgeable and personable. With his guidance, we were able to sell our house quickly and we were extremely pleased with the results. Not only is Jeff a great communicator but he also responds quickly to any inquiries.
