I selected the Puckett Team based largely on on-line reviews. Jeff and Pam and the whole team exceeded my lofty expectations. They did a great job of recommending things to get done prior to listing and even had people to do the cleanup and repairs suggested at a very fair price. The house sold in a slowing market in a very reasonable timeframe at a fair price. That was just the beginning of their services. Since I was moving from a large 4 bedroom house to a much smaller one out of state, I needed to get rid of a lot of furniture and years of accumulated things in the attic. They helped me sell much of the "Stuff " and loaded up everything else and donated it to charity and otherwise disposed of it. They are truly a full service team. Highly recommend. My first concern when I was referred to Jeff and Pam Puckett was " Will they have time for me?" I found out right away that the answer was an absolute, YES! I never felt like my home was any less important than other properties they must have been working on. Through many phones calls and texts, during the sale of my home, I can say they and their team are on the ball! Prompt replies to my MANY questions and concerns, helped me stay confident in their integrity and commitment to doing the very best job they can. They were able to refer us to several different contractors/service people that proved both reliable and reasonably priced. For instance, our septic system needed work and they referred us to a family owned septic company called Brewin Septic Tank Service. Wonderful people too! Jeff Puckett did the virtual tour photos for our home. The pictures and tour he created, I believe went a long way in selling our home to the very first people who viewed it. Pam Puckett is both very knowledgeable about real estate and about what it takes to proceed through the step by step process of home selling. I very much appreciated Pam's undying patience with my constant overthinking and being a worrier. Both Jeff and Pam were always polite, and informative. Their office staff was amazing as well.
