He was knowledgable, and guided me expertly through the sale of my house. He was very responsive, to phone calls, emails or texts, at all hours, and on weekends. When something needed doing at the house, and I wasn't there, Jeff came over promptly and took care of it. He even helped move some of the furniture I sold. And when we encountered a bump or two along the way (like asbestos on basement pipes, and difficult buyers to deal with), Jeff was sympathetic, supportive and effective in getting the problem resolved. I couldn't ask for more.

When we saw the "for sale" sign go up, Jeff sprung into action, calling the selling agent and setting us up with the first showing on the property. At the showing, we had a problem where the inspector got locked out of a room; Jeff quickly and calmly figured out a solution. When it came time to put in an offer, Jeff gave us sage advice. After signing the contract, Jeff was with us every step of the way, including inspection and further negotiations with the sellers. At all times, Jeff was extremely responsive, reasonable and approachable. Without reservation, we would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
