It was obvious from the start that we were in good hands with Jeff. As we live in the West Coast things could have been complicated but everything went smoothly all because of Jeff. If it wasn't for Jeff's hard work and keeping up on all aspects of the purchase things could have been messy. Jeff goes above and beyond his responsibilities to his clients.

Jeffrey Ganz has been my realtor for almost 10 years now. From helping me a get a well-proportioned townhouse in Germantown in 2007 to clinching the deal for my single-family house recently, he has been a constant, friendly and reassuring presence. He is a wonderful gentleman, courteous, kind, and he has answer for everything. He also understands a customer's mindset and fluid changing needs and accordingly lines up house visits in desired areas and neighborhoods. One of the best attributes of Jeff which is highly commendable in these hyper-busy times is his prompt communication and processes related to the entire house hunting, surveying, selecting and closing processes. Jeff has represented me on three different occasions for the past 4 years. Once as a seller and twice as abuyer. All three transactions went as smooth as possible. Since we had already moved out of state Jeff took care of everything including coordination with home contractor before house was listed, checking on house daily. He went above and beyond what you would expect a realtor to do. He made the transaction totally stress-free which is unusual when you are selling a house. I recommend him highly - you won't find anyone better!

Jeff started out our home buying process by saying to us "I'm not going to put any pressure on you to buy, that pressure is going to come from you. My job is to help you find _THE_ home." He not only fulfilled that promise, but he also encouraged us to wait for the right place--and then found it. His relationships with other realtors, knowledge of the entire area and the specific community we ended up buying in, and his "handling" of us were instrumental to us finding a home that we are incredibly excited about moving into.
