Jeffrey is very professional. He explains what every thing means. He told me what I needed to do to the house to get it ready to sell. He staged my house. He even dog sat while I had an appointment and people were at my house. He and some of his co workers came and cleaned up after the movers left. He went way beyond any realtor I have ever had before. As first time home buyers with zero knowledge of what to do, we couldn't have asked for a better team. Our previous landlord decided he wanted to remodel and sell the house we were renting. We had forty five days to move. So, we decided we were done with renting and I called Jeff. From start to finish, Jeff and Jason handled everything, I mean every little detail plus all of my questions were answered, and I asked a lot! Through both my husband and myself working all of the time plus a pre schedule week's vacation (we returned long enough to close), we were in our home forty five days later. Working with Jeff made buying a home in this crazy market fun and easy! Firstly, listen to him!! He knows what he's talking about. Jeff took on the challenge of finding a home for my (not so unique) unique family. I have a father with health concerns who moved with me, my 1 year old, and my dog. We needed both our own space (with specific configurations), gathering spaces, low maintenance living, in a specific neighborhood. This meant we had to move quickly on possible options and had to be strategic about our offers. Jeff helped us purchase a home in a brand new state with significantly more complex real estate law than we had previously experienced. He was always professional and honest with us, he let us know what we needed to buy our home and what to avoid in a complex sellers market.
