Jeff has been great throughout the entire home-buying process. He is extremely attentive and will work hard for you, 24/7. For example, on Day 1 of a property hitting the market, Jeff was reaching out to me first thing in the morning informing me that a property meeting my exact criteria was available. I work a lot and was not available to view the property, so he offered to take a look at the place, take pictures, assess the property and gave me his honest and professional feedback. With that, we put in an offer the next day. His knowledge of the market value allowed us to negotiate a fair and reasonable price with the seller. I should add he was spot-on with our offer, nearly identical to the appraisal that came back from my lender. I am very impressed with Jeff's work ethic and knowledge of the industry.
