Jeff Wible was very helpful and responsive in guiding my wife and I to purchasing our first home. He was very willing to educate me on several topics and specifics that I asked for clarification on. He also would hardly let any time pass before returning a phone call, email, or text, and always found time to meet with us at any properties we were interested in.Once we put in an offer on a house and it was accepted, time started ticking for us. We had a trip out of the country looming less than two months ahead, placing a deadline on when we could close. Jeff worked very closely with our mortgage broker, often requiring several actions per day. There was issues with our financing, which meant we had to reapply and switch lenders part-way through the process. Any time our Lender requested something from the selling party (it was Bank owned), such as an addendum or a signed document, Jeff was quick to get it for us. I know that had we went with a lesser real estate agent, we may not have ever closed on our house. If he can handle our difficult situation with such professionalism and skill, I'm confident that he could help anyone.
