Jennifer Baustad

Jennifer Baustad specializes in residential real estate on the North Shore and in Chicago. She has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and she is a top-producer at Baird & Warner. Prior to her real estate career, Jennifer earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola University and spent eight years as a technology consultant designing software for Big Six consulting firms and their clients. Jennifer has found that real estate suits both her experience and personality: energetic, warm and witty. She believes that the real estate process can be difficult enough and it shouldn't be a chore to spend time with your realtor. Her sales experience, technical facility and personable approach make it all go! She and her family live in Evanston and enjoy the lakefront as well as many of activities that the Chicago Metro area has to offer.
