Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Brown has been around The Woodlands Real Estate Market for 15 years. She moved to Houston to sell land for a local developer in 1997 and was taken back by the small town "feel" of The Woodlands and the warmth and friendliness she discovered in the people of this area. After selling land and working with new home construction, she was thrilled to transition to residential real estate in 2003, to better serve the client base she had established in the area. Jennifer's move from Remax to Keller Williams in 2008 was a decision carefully made after much research was put into the pro's and con's of both brokerage firms. Jennifer has closed over 800 transactons in North Houston (Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe and Magnolia) and has represented a volume of over 100 million in closed sales. Jennifer and her family moved to the beautiful Spring, Texas area in 1997.
