I have actually worked with Jennifer to buy two homes. In both cases her ability to understand what we were looking for was amazing. She quickly learned our likes and dislikes but more importantly, she came to fully grasp what our needs were and was successful in finding us the perfect home in both cases. The information packet she provides before each viewing is complete and comprehensive. I don't know another agent who hands their client a portfolio with photos and all the information about a property that you could want prior to arriving at the house; school district, tax estimates, flood zone, etc. The experience from the time we met her through the closing process was pleasant and and To top it off, she is truly interested in your life after you move in. She sent us 1 year anniversary greetings and even left a hurricane survival "kit" this past Fall.
