We worked with Jenn to buy our first home. She was helpful in getting us set up with a search on MLS and contextualizing the homes and neighborhoods as it was harder for us to look while living out of state. Jenn was flexible with our schedule and made time to show us homes that were within the parameters we had set. During the walkthroughs, Jenn was very prepared with details on the home that were provided by the selling realtor. It was really nice to have Jenn alongside us because she allowed us to converse about our opinions of the home and let us come to her with questions as opposed to dominating the conversation or being overbearing with her opinion. Jenn had a wealth of knowledge for every aspect of the home when we came with questions. It's easy to tell that Jenn is incredibly skilled at deciphering our wants and needs in a home and providing comfort and feedback at appropriate times. Jenn Clark was AMAZING! She truly made the home buying process so easy. We moved to Iowa from out of state. We were unable to view the area ourselves which we were really worried about. Jenn had great localknowledge. She was able to help us find a home in a good area and even recommend places to visit and trywhen we moved in. She was so helpful and even went to check on the status of our home for us and sent pictures! Since we were first time home owners, her attention to detail was so helpful. She explained things so well, came to our blue tape inspection, and made sure that we were taken care of. If we ever move, I'm calling Jenn!

I think I summed it up in my comments but Jenn Clark and Chandra Irish did a great job from start to finish. They were there every step of the way and answered questions for my husband and I even after business hours. They really knew what they were doing and never made me feel like I needed to look for another agent. I talk about them both to everyone that mentions to me that they want to buy or sell a home. I will use them if I ever move again.
