Weve used Jennifer two times to both list and buy homesas well as help rent our condo. Jennifer has a lot of experience and helped to make each transaction go smoothly. Shes very knowledgeable in real estate. Whatever questions or concerns we had, she always knew the answers. Additionally, she caught a couple of things we never would have known to consider during each buying and selling process. She had great references for all the services we needed: lender, escrow, title, termite, home wareranty, etc. That was especially helpful because it meant we didnt have to research and find all that on our own. Another standout item was her availability and response times - both excellent. Selling and buying a home involves a lot of timelines, paperwork and could be a lot more stressful if you dont have good representation. We were always confident with Jennifer on our side. Well probably have to move within the next couple of years and you can bet well be calling her.
