I'm a 3rd generation Oakland native who has been practicing Bay Area real estate since 2002, though my family has been building and investing in real estate here since the 1920's! In 2007 I became a licensed real estate broker and opened The Home Co. Realtors. The Home Co. is a one-stop-shop and turn-key solution for real estate investors preferring to have a single firm help them locate an investment, design it, stage it, and market/list it for sale. I often work side-by-side with RFC Renovation & Design which provides general contracting services and is owned by my husband, Steve Clark. I also work with home buyers and sellers on buying, selling, or renovating their homes. My favorite part of this function is helping buyers and sellers visualize a property's potential and help them achieve that potential to maximize the home's functionality and beauty (for buyers) or resale profit (for sellers).
