Jennifer was very responsive to all of our requests. She was very knowledgeable of the area. We looked at properties from Ebro to Blountstown, she never flinched. She also worked with the other realtor of the property we ended up buying and together, they convinced the seller to take our offer. Working with her was a pleasure and not stressful.

Jennifer is an excellent realtor. She was always in top to the new listings and she help me find my condo and sign the offer Christmas Day!!! She pushed the seller and we escrow on the 26th of December. Great Job!!!

Highly recommend Jennifer! We bought a condo this summer and Jennifer helped us during the lending process. When the 1st lender decided not process the mortgage 2 days before closing I was heartbroken. Jennifer was there to help us regroup. We met back at the condo. Jennifer Ethridge is the only realtor I will ever use. Nobody else can compare. She knows her job! Jennifer has drawn up many contracts for me and always gives me honest advise. She works with the other realtors, which is challenging because she is constantly having to call them or email them, just to get them to do their job! I have called Jennifer about a property that I want to buy, and she will send me a contract to sign via email/loop net, within 4 minutes. She then follows up with the other realtor on the status of the contract, and keeps me informed by emails. I have never had a realtor that was so dedicated !!! After the positive experience we had when Jennifer helped us sell our home we naturally turned to her to help us buy a home. She listened to what we needed and wanted our home to be like and promptly scheduled back to back showings for all properties of interest. Once a decision was made she kept us informed of all progress-lenders, inspections, etc, and always promptly replied to our inquiries. In addition to staying on top of her game, I feel that she is one of those rare individuals whose goal is to find the right fit when we were buying, and amazingly sold our home with profits during the rapid crash of 2006.

Jennifer was such a supportive real estate agent that SAVED US in over $1,695$ at closing as she supports the military via the Homes For Heroes. She actually took a cut from her profit at closing to give back to me and my wife as a credit. Plus the Homes For Heroes Foundation gave us $00$ to make our credit over $2,000$. Money is a blessing and she helped us remotely from Hawaii as we moved to Tyndall. She even found homes off the market that met our every need. Furthermore, Jennifer was readily available all ours of the day via phone, text, email and using dotloop and other electronic review and signature systems. These facilitated and allowed us the freedom and flexibility to work remotely from home, on the go, in the car and in our pajamas in some cases. :) We cannot thank Jennifer enough for her STELLAR work ethic and support for the military. Can't say enough good things about Jennifer. She always responds quickly and has great ideas for buying and selling property. She helped us buy our condo and when we had outgrown it, helped us sell in a few days when I thought it would take us months. She is not only a great real estate agent, but a great friend.

Jennifer helped us buy our first vacation home / rental property in Panama City Beach Florida, but this description hardly does it justice. Not only did she help us buy the condo, she looked out for our best interests personally and legally from beginning until . . . not end . . but even now, some months after we closed on the unit. Jennifer helped us after the sale including checking in on the unit, recommending improvements, receiving deliveries, suggesting furnishings and dcor, and holding contractors accountable for their work. I rarely write reviews, but Jennifer is truly one of the top five professionals I've ever worked with and I've been a professional working in engineering, legislative affairs, and medicine for about 30 years or so. And when I say top five, I'm thinking toward the top of that short list, not the bottom. She was sensitive to my needs and understood the property, its value and how it would look to buyers. It was important to me to sell to someone who would care for house as we did so she looked for those people. She kept me informed of all that was going on (I lived elsewhere) with the showing of the property. She did an excellent write up for the selling of our house in the ad for house. Her knowledge of real estate process was good. Just a very pleasant experience.

Jennifer made the process of selling our home so easy, she was very helpful with any question we might have had. We were very fortunate that our house sold very quickly, in fact, within 24 hrs we had and offer and were in contract. I do believe it is because of the amount of time and effort that she puts into networking her clients homes on the market.
