Jennifer was an amazing agent to work with and really knew the local market to help us price our property accordingly and get top dollar on our listing. She was very flexible and "rolled with the punches" as we had a few issues pop up during the course of our listing, but all the while keeping us informed and comfortable with what was happening and what our plan was to overcome. We needed to sell pretty fast. When I first spoke to Jennifer, I was listing my home as for sale by owner. I got allot of traffic but no serious buyers.
