Jeremy was patient and supportive throughout the process- working to sell us a home based on our preferences. He did an excellent job of negotiating various components of the final sale given necessary updates to be done in the near future.

We sold a home with Jeremy as our Realtor and couldn't be happier with our experience! He gave us great staging and repair ideas prior to listing, and when we were ready to list he was able to immediately get paperwork turned around so that there was no delay in getting our home on the market. With PROFESSIONAL photos and a marketing video he makes sure that listings get great exposure from the start. We moved before the inspections and walk-through, so he was there to coordinate the repairs we needed to complete as those things came up, making it much easier for us being out of state. He made sure we understood the entire selling process so there were no surprises along the way. We highly recommend Jeremy's team they were so great to work with!

I let Jeremy know and he had a buyer looking for a home like mine and was able to sell it for $7,000 more than I thought I could get. He coached my husband and I through everything and found us the perfect home in a very crazy market. Even after the sale he was there for us right away when we called.
