05/16/2019 I highly recommend ChuckTown Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell!!! Jeremy, our listing agent, was fantastic the entire process. He went above and beyond for us, making sure everything went smooth and efficiently. For example, we did not have our key in the lock box and went out of town on an emergency and Jeremy quickly had a key made so our appraisal could be completed on time. We received multiple offers on our home with in days. They have a life-long customer with my family.

07/18/18 Before I signed with Jeremy at Chucktown Homes, I was just released from a non-productive agreement with another company, after a year of ridiculous offers or none at all. Jeremy asked if he could see the property, maybe give some advice on why my home didnt sell, no strings attached. After his advice, I signed with Chucktown Homes, and Jeremy had my home sold in just over 2 Months!!! 11/28/17 Jeremy really helped with a situation in which I was working a new job out of state and my family back in Charleston. He helped with getting the house sold right at appraisal value, which told me that he knew what the realistic value of the home was. I would use Chucktown Homes again, as I felt comfortable working with Shawn and Jeremy with our past purchases and sales.
