In high school, sports and athletics took a high priority in my life, a priority I continued to pursue in college and beyond helping to develop my work ethic, sense of teamwork, and discipline to succeed. My teammates and coaches encouraged me, as well as depended on me for their own success, and as in the case with football, sometimes their lives. As an athletic trainer, I did more than help others develop their physical fitness, my goal was to help others see their full potential in every area of life, one training session at a time. Like most trainers, I started to see what my clients were capable of - often when they couldn’t see itin themselves.
