Jesse was satisfactory but not outstanding. He could have listened to us more and been more responsive to our requests. For example, he neglected to include a picture of the master bath in our listing, and did not update the slideshow to include it when asked. Despite listing lower than his recommendation, Jesse subsequently told us we needed to lower our price in short order (which we did on three occasions over the course of four months).
