I would highly recommend Jessica Acord for your real estate needs. She is a knowledgable, tenaciousand persistent agent who makes things happen. She coaches her clients during every step, and fightsfor them when necessary. If she comes across something that she doesnt know or isnt familiar with,she does her research until she finds a satisfactory answer. When we were buying our second home andselling our first, she walked us through every step so we knew what to expect, and any time there weredecisions to be made, she thoroughly explained our options and highlighted the pros and cons of each.She is honest and straight forward, and we never felt like we couldnt trust her judgement. We allknow that real estate agents work on commission, but we never felt like her commission became herpriority. She remained focused on us and helping us achieve our goals. After looking at several houses, we finally found the one we wanted. The seller was building two identical houses, and he was focused on selling house #1. However, we wanted house #2 because of certain features on that particular plot. I have no doubt that we were able to get that house because of her efforts. Im not sure what tricks she pulled out of her bag, but she fought for us until the seller agreed and we got the house we wanted.The purchase of that house was contingent on us selling our house, so we didnt have much time tolose. When our first buyer walked away on a Friday afternoon, she immediately started calling anyoneand everyone that had shown any interest in our house, and by Sunday night, she had another handfulof offers for us to review. After we accepted our second offer, she arranged a third back-up offer just to be safe. Again, I dont believe any of that would have been possible if she wasnt willing to put 110% into everything she does for her clients.Although I do not want to go through this process again any time soon, if we do find ourselves in aposition to buy another house, we will definitely be calling on Jessica again. She is a proactive agentthat knows what needs to be done and does everything in her power to make it happen.
