Jessica really helped us out when we needed to sell our house quickly. We were having trouble with our bank, and Jessica got in contact with them and smoothed everything over. We even had a lean against the house from the City (who had fixed the sidewalk as we were selling!), and she negotiated to have that covered out of the buyer's fees. We moved so quickly that the house was a bit of a mess when it sold. We didn't want the new owners to come back to a total mess, so we came back after the sale finalized to clean up a bit more. We found Jessica there cleaning and doing a bit of painting/patching. She wasn't even representing the buyers!
