This is our third time buying a house. With our first agent, my spouse liked her better than I did. With our second, it was the opposite. With Jessica, we both really liked working with her and will be recommending her to anyone who asks along the way. The real estate market is a changing one and Jessica was really helpful and, quite frankly, a bulldog. I don't think we would be in our home, which we love, if she wasn't the correct balance of aggressive and assertive. In short, there were multiple offers and ours was not originally the best, but she pushed the inundated sellers agent and got us the contract! Also, I will say we saw our fair share of sketchy stuff--we even had a contract on a flipped house that caught on fire when we flipped on a light switch during an inspection! That aside, she was a very good guide, giving us strong council on what things aren't worth dealing with, even in a sellers' market. Many agents just want the sale and will omit or gloss over things if they slow down their path to a commission check.
