Where to begin?! Jessica is a rare gem. Real Estate here in California is SO competitive, and that can be an intimidating thing when you are buying and selling a house. Jessica was our buffer, our cheerleader, our investigator, our expert. She was 100% on our "team". She took away our fears and hesitations by doing the hard work, doing the research and laying out all the good/bad/ugly for us. Her transparency allowed us to make informed and wise decisions that we felt comfortable with, without feeling like we were being pushed or bullied. There is absolutely nothing fake about her, and for us, trust was so important in these processes. We knew that when she gave us information, or even just her gut instinct (which is spot on by the way), we could trust that she had our best interests in mind above ALL else. Jessica was super attentive and not a drop of laziness to be found. She is a hard, hard worker. As far as her character goes, you will not find anyone better we can assure you and that is so important. Selling our House Jessica came into our humble home and saw all the potential. Then she waved her magic, Certified Stager wand and Voila! She made our home look so beautiful, yet it was practical and livable for us, even with two small children. That is NO easy feat! Staging homes is a service that Jessica includes for her clients and it is a valuable skill. Let s put it this way, she staged our house, and we got an over asking price offer that same day, within hours really. Did I mention this was right at the start of this pandemic?! She was keeping a close eye on what was happening in the market and in the world, and she was able to proactively keep our transaction moving forward even during one of the craziest times this country has seen. To us, this speaks volumes. She kept her eye on the ball and was somehow prepared for the twists and turns. Best part: She handled it gracefully and like the Pro that she is. Me, being a worrier by nature, could have easily decided to run for the hills when this all was happening, but Jessica made me feel so reassured. I knew she was looking out for us; she was not going to put us in a bad situation for her own benefit. That is not who she is, and we are so grateful. So, she did outstanding marketing, staging and then sold our house in record time during COVID-19. That deserves an award as far as we are concerned. Buying our new House- We were picky, like REALLY picky. We needed something awfully specific, a unicorn. A house near great schools and amenities, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a pool, and a private, first-floor in-law unit (complete with its own living room and full bath) for my mom. Annnnnd in our price range. She did it. It was so smooth and so easy. She had our backs the whole time. It was a beautiful process, and it was life changing in the best way. Do not roll the dice, go for the sure thing. @HomesbyJLo is the only phone call you need to make! This review was totally from the heart and she earned it.

She explained the whole process to me about how to sell my home. She gave great advise and broke it all down for me. We met with Jessica soon after that and I was extremely impressed.
