When I signed with Jessica I was undecided between renting or buying a home. Jessica showed me short term rentals and then I decided to purchase a home. During the few months it took to sell our home, Jessica was not just our real estate agent _ she became a trusted friend. During our closing, the seller of the home we were purchasing did not deliver on some things that were agreed upon. Jessica was both aggressive and professional, protecting us from being taken advantage of. We cannot recommend Jessica highly enough. We will never use another real estate agent other than her!

Jessica worked tirelessly with us to quickly get our house on the market. She walked us through every step of the process, always making sure we understood the process as well as the next steps. She helped us get our home show ready and brought in a fantastic photographer to capture the beauty of our home! Jessica arranged multiple open houses; however, they weren't necessary because she marketed our home so well that it sold in a single day! She didn't stop there - she's helped us with the moving process and has constantly kept us informed of closing dates, etc. Jessica also helped us purchase our new home - a new construction. Again, she's worked tirelessly and professionally to ensure that we are protected as home buyers. She's been there for us in every step of the new construction process, attending every meeting with the builder. I cannot say enough about Jessica's professionalism, her attention to detail as well as her dedication to her clients. We are truly thankful for her hard work.
