Jessie was very helpful with evaluating he value of our property. It sold quickly thanks to his ability to market the property properly and with great pictures which showed the property well on the internet. We had some unexpected issues come up during the inspection process but he helped us to resolve these issues as quickly as possible so that we could continue on to closing. Jessie provided market analysis on property, did listing and marketing of property, provided property management services over the duration of prior to property listing through sale, present during showings of property, coordinated inspections, repairs, etc. He was a full service provider in doing all the things we needed during the listing and sale of the property.Jessie was accurate in his market analysis of the property as well as his estimate for which the property would sell. He was also accurate in estimates for repairs that we elected to make. He provided excellent advice including on the negotiations and pricing as well as the most value added approach for property staging. He went way above and beyond on property management - we live in another state and he made sure the lawn was mowed, snow removal, etc. There were points in time when we thought we should lower the price - Jessie provided good advice on the process and when it would be appropriate to do that. We ended up selling the property before executing a lower price.Jessie was professional in every aspect of our interaction and we intend to use him on another future transaction we anticipate. 5 stars all the way.

Jessie was a fantastic buyer's agent who represented us as we were looking for a house. The area we were looking was a seller's market and we had limited time to find a house and several requirements that made finding a house challenging. Jessie had our best interests at heart, was always available morning or night and even weekends when we had questions and never gave up. Best realtor for the nicer homes in the Fontana, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont areas. He quickly figured out what type of houses we wanted (custom). Always on the lookout for us.
