Jessika is truly amazing! There isn't enough space in this tiny box to even remotely express how wonderful she is! Being newly married, my husband and I decided to explore the option of buying a home. We stumbled into our very first open house and met Jessika. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of concerns about making the biggest purchase of my life. My boyfriend and I had worked with another agent prior to working with Jessika and we were made to feel very unimportant. Jessika not only took the time to show us houses, she also helped us understand the complicated process of purchasing a home, finding the right lender, and made it ok for us to keep looking and not feel pressured to buy right away. After purchasing the home Jessika surprised us with a congratulatory bottle of champaigne and our first house warming gift. She then continued to follow up with us to make sure we were settled in, and for the next 6 months politely handeled floods of emails that came in from my boyfriend and I regarding any when, where, who, why, and what's that we had. I found Jessika to be charismatic, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to spend time with. I felt very comfortable with her as my agent.

My transaction was a pretty tough deal! Since the listing agent was out of the country for most of the transaction, without access to phone or email, Jessika basically had to manage both sides of the purchase. She was really thorough and on top of everything. For example the termite company that the seller used didn't even go to the property, and the listing agent didn't even notice! That work would not have gotten done if Jessika hadn't caught that. Also, she has a great team (Lender, Home Inspector, etc). She always responds right away to calls, texts and emails. Lastly Jessika was pleasant and fun to work with.

No detail was missed and she was always devoting time to communicate verbally, with texts, emails, to provide status updates on every twist and turn. She also performed a lot of additional legwork for us as well since we didn't have the wherewithal to perform some of these tasks ourselves based on the distance. Whatever it took - she tackled it!
