- Jill and I connected, but did no business
Jill showed my house and left it completely open for 5 days!!! Only thing she closed is garage door!! Lockbox unlocked and open, keys were sitting on kitchen counter, front door, storage door basement door, back door, side door ALL open!!! Ironically she didn’t forget to leave her business card on the counter! If I was you I would think hard before I choose her to be my agent!!!!

Jill is absolutely amazing. As first-time homebuyers, we wanted to not only have solid guidance, but also a true advocate for us in the whole process. Jill went above and beyond to get us into the perfect house in a very competitive market. She was hands-on the whole time: crawling through crawl spaces, checking out attics, putting last-minute house offers in for us when things were down to the wire, negotiating fair price reductions from the seller based on her extensive knowledge of repair and renovation costs, and keeping us hopeful throughout the process.
