Jill listed our home and it sold in 9 days at a very good price. Our neighbor decided to sell, but didn't have a broker. We bought our neighbor's home and Jill handled it for both parties. Everything was done in an extremely professional manner from start to finish. I don't think I would recommend going through two escrows simultaneously but, if you must, Jill's the person for the job! She stayed on top of everything and made it a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend her!

We researched realtors and selected the Hardy team die du there strong presence in Meadowview. Glad we did, she sold our home in 3weeks with minimal inconvenience. What we really liked was the immediate attention to our questions. Additionally she is able to schedule all inspections promptly which was helpful due to the buuers request of a short escrow.

Jill and her husband are awesome people. We weren't the easiest people but Jill was always available, helpful, and went over and beyond before and after our home purchase.
