We first met Jim at one of his open houses and felt very comfortable right off the bat. He took the time to discuss all of our questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He didn't hesitate when we told him we were using a VA loan (as other realtors did) . He anticipates his customers needs and was always available to answer the phone or your text or e-mail promptly. Jim worked great with our loan officer and escrow officer to facilitate a smooth closing. He keeps in close contact and we still talk often regarding the renovation portion of our purchase with great recommendations and ideas.
