I started in real estate 18 years ago when I bought my first three rental properties. An elementary school teacher at the time, real estate investment became a passion and an additional source of income. In 2004, I received my Real Estate Sales License and began working with Prudential Realty. I quickly realized that as a Realtor, there is nothing better than helping others with what I love to do! Experienced in real estate sales, investment, and property management, I achieved my Brokers License in 2014. I now manage The Jim Blake Homes Team with REMAX Gold. Jim Blake was an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend him. He is a genuine, good guy and always such a pleasure to deal with. He was very easy going and was never pushy. He consistently went above and beyond, showing us houses on a moments notice, being available any time of the day, and always taking the time to explain and answer any questions we had along the way. As a first-time homebuyer he was very informative in explaining each part of the process and making the whole process easy. He was also very helpful in acquainting us with the area. We found our home on the first day and closed escrow within 23 days all thanks to the help of Jim. We definitely plan to use Jim for all our future real estate needs

Jim Blake is a pro and awesome at the job he loves! He is extremely helpful and goes beyond what you would expect from a realtor.
