- Jim and I connected, but did no business
I was referred to this man by a trusted estate sale agent. I don’t know how she got his name, or what her prior experience was with him, but in my situation he turned out to be a nightmare. He lied about his connections to buyers, repeatedly failed to show up for appointments when he said he was bringing buyers with him, mistreated my home, left it damaged and dirty, and then tried to extort me for fees far in excess of what he estimated and agreed to. Not a trustworthy person. Do not do business with him.
