I received my Real Estate licenses in 1993, my Brokers License in 1995 and my Managing Brokers License in 2011. I opened my own Brokerage in 1995, with my wife, who is also a Managing Broker and has her degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. My company has evolved over the years and now my wife Kendra Lemar of Kendra Lemar Brokerage is doing outside Marketing support for my company. In this time frame, I have closed over 1000 properties and received numerous awards, including the state Presidential Award, Century 21 Hall of Fame, Centurion, and Quality Service awards. My main goal in Real Estate has been to communicate with my clients and negotiate the best deal for all parties involved. I am on top of all deals from beginning to close, communicating with banks, attorneys, buyers, sellers, inspectors, and title companies. I am in the business to make closings happen and are always available.
