Jim helped us buy our current home, and it was such a great experience that when we were ready to sell our other home, he was the guy we called. We needed to sell it as quickly as possible because we were holding two mortgages which was becoming difficult. Jim walked through the house, gave us tips on what to focus on and listed the house for us. After Jim listed it, we immediately had multiple people looking at our home and within 9 days the house not only sold, but it sold ABOVE the asking price. From the beginning to the end of the process, Jim took care of just about everything, even meeting with us at work and home to make the closing process more convenient. It was really nice being able to have peace of mind knowing Jim was going to take care of our interests. We met Jim at a model home when we were looking to build. Jim was so impressive we immediately dropped the realtor who was advising and signed on with Jim. Our home at the time needed some work before it was market ready and Jim knew exactly what to do and he had a great group of contractors at his fingertips. We were able to have the house market ready in 3 weeks. When our home hit the market it was under contract in 9 days. We had showings almost every day and Jim would even go to the house and put our dogs in the cage for showings. Shifting attention to the buying process we knew where we wanted to build, however the builder was difficult to deal with. Jim was diligent in following up with the builder but in the end he found us a house in our dream neighborhood that was almost new. He has helped us settle in and continues to keep in contact helping us with all things home related.

Jim helped my wife and I through the process of purchasing a new home. He was always available, and called back promptly when we had a question. In addition, he kept us informed about the progress of our home. We purchased our house for a family member to move into and Jim was very helpful in negotiating our purchase price along with making the closing process very smooth. We had a "last minute paperwork glitch" that Jim handled for us very well by maintaining an excellent communication between us and the closing lawyer, and we didn't really lose any time in the process. Jim was also very good communicating with all the inspections that we needed to do to keep everything on schedule. Jim was very attentive at all times and went out of his way to give us updates on the status during the whole experience. The result was a comfortable house for our family member in our beautiful neighborhood that is within just a few minutes walking distance for convenience and safety, and Jim helped us negotiate it at a price that we could afford.

Jim was extremely helpful throughout our new construction home buying experience. The process was in excess of nine months, during which Jim checked in with us regularly and was available and responsive to any questions or concerns. He is genuinely interested in building long term relationships. Even after we closed on our property he has continued to be a valuable source for real estate related questions. We have recommended Jim to several friends and family members, he consistently provides a high level of service and seems to enjoy his work.

If I could give Jim 10 stars out of 5, I would. Jim is on top of his game in every way. He crosses his t's and dots his i's and he acts as a consummate professional, even in the most awkward of situations.
