"This past year my husband was relocated up to the Foothills outside of Sacramento. We trusted Jim to sell our home he had found us in 2012. Once again he did not disappoint. He made suggestions on helping us to get ready to put on the market that were spot on, he has a background in construction that was helpful in our process.
