Jim Shepard

Started good but ended poorly! We didn't find Jim ourselves: he was recommended. He made a good first impression with his extensive background. However, after contracts were signed, we saw a different side that you don't want to see from your realtor. Poor communication, lack of communication, inappropriate communication is what stands out when thinking about the process. There were so many questions that he could've answered for us, but he did not for one reason or another. Lots of frustration and headaches, more than what we thought we would have to bear when paying someone in this process. He and his business partner took a rather lazy approach and assumed too much. We wished he would've been more involved in the process instead of taking the job and not being around (literally and figuratively).
