- Jim never responded to my request
The most unprofessional realtor/owner/investor I have ever met. He led our family to believe over two weeks ago a home was available that we were interested in to rent he knew our credit and income and said he was going to give a tentative yes. After dragging it out for 2 weeks and needing an answer because I was being relocated never contacted us back until the week we have to move didn't even have the decency to call sent a text saying sorry not doable. I would never recommend JIm to anyone, for one if you are going to rent he can't seem to be gotten a hold of and 2 will right out lie to you to which what he did to us now leaves us scrambling at the last moment to find a new place. Buyer/Renter be warned.
